Formamos a más de 2.500 alumnos en 29 países y acuerdos con clubes de primera división como Real Valladolid CF o Burgos CF. Además, trabajamos con más de 130 entrenadores de los mejores clubes del mundo como Real Madrid CF, Arsenal FC o Juventus de Turín.

El proceso de Construyendo Fútbol ha estado constantemente condicionado por el uso de metodologías ágiles y basado en la metodología Lean Startup. Estudiar, diseñar, validar y escalar todos nuestros productos en periodos cortos de tiempo nos ha permitido crecer exponencialmente en menos de 24 meses.

Actualmente, Construyendo Fútbol es una plataforma que cuenta con 3 vías de monetización. Membresía, Cursos y Másters de Fútbol que propone una escalera de valor en cuanto a Prizing. Esto nos permita alargar el LTV de nuestro cliente a lo largo del tiempo, pudiendo optimizar costes y poder asumir unos CAC mas altos en la captación de clientes.

Mi trabajo como CEO es dotar a mi equipo de recursos necesarios para ello. Captar inversión, crear equipo, diseñar nuevos productos o crear estrategias para aumentar los recursos para generar negocio, aumentar las ventas y conseguir nuestros objetivos.
